The introduction of product
Counterflow cooler consists of upper casing, intermediate bin, cooling net, vibrating screen, frame, observation window, dust bag, fan and other components. This equipment is mainly used for the cooling of high temperature particles after granulation to reduce the temperature and humidity of the particles, so as to facilitate the transport, storage and custody. Pellets from the granulator out of the temperature can be nearly 70 degrees, high temperature particles are very easy to break and produce water vapour, but the temperature of the cooled particles is close to the atmospheric temperature, can be directly packaged. Therefore, it is an indispensable part of the large production line, which facilitates the pellets to go to the next section (packing section). Compared with the old cooling machine, the new cooling machine is made of thick galvanised sheet, high density, not easy to deformation and corrosion, long service life.
