Countercurrent Coolers

The countercurrent cooler is a state - of - the - art device globally. It applies the countercurrent cooling principle to cool high - temperature and high - humidity granular materials. Natural air vertically penetrates the material layer. With the air and material flowing in opposite directions, particles are cooled gradually, preventing surface cracking.

Main components: upper casing, middle compartment, cooling net, vibrating screen, frame,Observation window, bag dust removal, fan and other components.

This equipment is mainly used for cooling the high-temperature particles after granulation, reducing their temperature and humidity, thus facilitating transportation, storage and preservation.

After the particles come out of the granulator, the temperature can be close to 70 degrees Celsius. High-temperature particles are very prone to breakage and the generation of water vapor.

However, the temperature of the cooled particles is close to the atmospheric temperature, and they can be directly packaged.

Therefore, it is an essential part of a large-scale production line, making it convenient for the particles to enter the next working section (the packaging section).
