Product introduction:
The rotary dryer primarily consists of a cylinder body, a roller ring, a base retaining roller, and a tail dust - removing device. Working Principle
1.The hot air enters into the dryer cylinder from the hot air furnace.
2.The material enters from the inlet.
3.The material is lifted up by the lifting board in the dryer.
4.Then the hot air contacts with the material and takes away the water in the material.
5.The material comes out from the discharge port, and the hot air is drawn away from the upper end.
6.The travelling of the material mainly relies on the propelling effect of the lifting board.Equipment ConfigurationDrum dryer itself can not work.
Generally also need to be equipped with a heat source (hot air furnace), fans, shakelong, and sometimes dust removal equipment.
