The molds are crafted from wear-resistant stainless steel and subjected to vacuum furnace quenching for uniform hardness and exceptional wear resistance. The press rollers utilize a highly durable alloy welding process, replacing the older carbon diffusion treatment, which extends their lifespan and provides better protection for the molds.
