Enhanced drive system
The drive of the reducer has been beefed up. The gearbox uses a big gear that we developed on our own, with a three-level drive system. We've increased the module, and that makes the gears stronger.
Excellent die performance
The die is made of stainless steel. It's really good at resisting wear and has a high production capacity. The die of our biomass pellet machine is made of integral carburized stainless steel. It's super resistant to wear, very stable, and the discharge area has been made larger. So it boosts the production capacity and cuts down on the cost.
Applicable Materials
The biomass pellet machine can compress forestry and agricultural raw materials such as trees, tree bark, branches, wood chips, and crop straws, as well as solid waste like engineering construction formwork, fruit shell residues, and industrial sludge into biomass pellet fuel.
