Implementation of Lean Management in The Company

In order to better implement lean management, improve operation skills, expand work ideas, from August 15 to August 22, 2024, the company organized the production line staff to go to Zhangqiu District, Mingshui Street, the second workshop for a one-week training and learning.

The main content of this study includes the production line staff's post operation ability and site management ability two parts. 16th morning, in the production of the competent leader, led by the director of the Li factory, the second workshop for a systematic visit to learn, that is, in the afternoon according to the order of the shift to follow the work study, corresponding to the study of the post operation skills and site management. Throughout the learning process, our employees were disciplined, serious in learning, open-minded, showing a good spirit.

Through this training and learning, we have benefited a lot. We not only improved the cognitive ability and operational ability of our respective positions, but also broadened the ideas of on-site lean management, especially in the disposal of the running point and on-site hygiene cleanup, we were inspired by a lot of inspiration and learned new methods. We will build on our strengths and make up for our weaknesses, and continue to improve, so as to improve work efficiency, enhance the overall image of the company, and promote the stable, healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise!
